Structural surveys
Of especial importance in structural surveys is the underlying purpose. Structural surveys often serve as a planning basis for conversions or restorations. However, monument conservators and archaeologists also require a building survey at different levels of accuracy. Interdisciplinary collaboration and many years’ experience make us competent experts in this field. If necessary, we can enhance the simple building survey drawing into a “Building Survey to DIN 1356” by adding factual information.
A further reason for a structural survey is facility management. In this context a building survey provides first basic data, which can then be combined and linked with factual information. Using our own software we make this data “intelligent”, thus enabling a piece of real property to be managed effectively and efficiently.
