Urban development planning

Special building projects require special preparation. To enable you to plan for and thus invest confidently in your planned building project, it may be sensible to draw up a project-related development plan in accordance with Section 12 of the German Building Code. This is agreed between you and the local authority concerned.

We prepare for you the planning basis and the legally binding land-use plan with all the relevant data. We also help you coordinate procedures with the municipal authorities. We support you, from the preparation through to the legal effectiveness of your project-related, legally binding land-use plan. In all these measures we draw upon many years of experience.
