Official site plan

For a planning application you need an official site plan showing the building project planned by you. The official site plan is prepared by a publically appointed surveyor based on his or her own measurements, official documents and the architect’s construction plans.

This plan contains all the information required for approval, such as spaces between buildings, calculations for the degree of building coverage, entries under planning law, height specification and drainage.
