Parcel surveys/boundary surveys

When a plot of land is parcelled up, it is divided up into two or more parts so that one part can be sold or so that the parts can be separately charged. We should be pleased to advise you and to draw up a parcelling plan for you in accordance with the requirements of planning and building law.

Once the parcelling has been approved by the relevant authority, the parcel boundaries can be marked out on site. All those involved are then shown the new boundary markers and the boundaries are explained at a site inspection. The survey records are then sent to the relevant land registry office and after inspection entered into the land survey registry.
